Problem: Laura had been trying everything possible for several years to feel more comfortable in her own body. Intolerances and sleep disorders dominated her life. She had already experienced two burnouts. She came to me knowing that nature was the crucial “piece of the puzzle.”

Problem: Christina had been struggling with challenges such as ADHD and other symptoms of hormonal imbalance for decades. These indicated that her internal clock was out of sync. It's good that she recognized these signs and was able to prevent more serious chronic illnesses.
Solution: First, we improved Christina's light exposure habits. Day by day, it became easier for her to get up with the sun and incorporate a protein-rich breakfast into her routine. Contrary to the opinion of dermatologists, her pigmentation disorders disappeared with the sun.

Who is Benne?
I studied sports science. I was disciplined, trained, well informed — and still often exhausted, overstimulated, and depressed during winter. At 30, I was diagnosed with psoriasis. “It’s genetic. You’ll have to live with it.”
I refused to accept that.
I began researching: functional medicine, nutrition, supplements, optimization. Many things improved — but I wasn’t truly free. At some point I realized I was constantly trying to fix my body instead of understanding the rhythm it was designed to function in.
Only when I fundamentally changed my relationship to light, darkness, and natural rhythms did something shift. It was no longer about symptom reduction, but regulation. Not more input — but synchronization.
I understood: The body does not heal through endless interventions. It regulates itself when it lives in the right timing.
Today I live in El Salvador, working in alignment with the sun and nature. I guide people who sense that their body knows more than they have allowed — and who want to trust it again.
