Who is Benne?
I was athletic, had studied sports science—and yet I often felt exhausted, listless, and empty. My everyday life? Frozen pizza, parties, screen marathons, and endless gaming. My biorhythm: completely out of sync. I didn't know what to do with myself—and called it “normal.” After all, many people felt the same way.
